Avenged Sevenfold’s “Fiction” Used In Tribute To Ryan Dunn.

The sad news spread quickly this morning that Jackass star Ryan Dunn had passed away in a car accident. During Radio Bam on Sirius 41 Faction this evening they played a tribute message which included a piece of Avenged Sevenfold’s song “Fiction.” May he rest in peace.

Thanks to David for recording this and sending it in.

It was sad as hell to begin with. But when I heard that during the tribute today I lost it even more. “I know you’ll find your own way-when I’m not with you tonight”

What a beautiful tribute!! Poor Ryan, no one deserves to die so young. He put many smiles on faces all around the world and had people laugh for years and years.

Kina pisses me off that his death wouldent even be mentioned on here if it werent for the Sevenfold song.

Comment by Joe7x

Probably because it had no reason to be posted here until this happened, considering this is an Avenged news site.

Comment by Cal

Michael Jackson’s death was announced on here. I mean yea I know MJ was fucking huge and all. But Ryan Dunn was a big and pretty well known death and hell so was Clearance Clemson.

Comment by Joe7x

Michael Jackson’s death is in no way comparable to Ryan Dunn’s and Clarence Clemons. In the end, there IS a post about Ryan here and I’m sorry to say but I doubt most people (nothing against them) who visit this website are even aware of who Clarence Clemons is, and you’re apparently one of them taking into consideration the butchering you did of his name. You’re really going to be pissed it wouldn’t have been mentioned otherwise? Give me a break.

Comment by Cal

In the words of Metallica, “Sad but true.” lml

Comment by Anonymous

lol yeah Clemons is such a big deal but you don’t even know his name.

Comment by Cory

lol Clearance Clemson. That sounds like a Wal-Mart sale in the fruit section.

Another reason why DBN should consider setting up a forum! ;)

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to moderate a forum nor would I trust anyone else enough to do it.

Comment by deathbatnews

How do u know it would have been up on this site? Quit trollin bro.

Comment by Brad

In his defense, I wouldn’t have put it up on the website had this not happened. However, I don’t see how I’m inclined to include every “large” death here.

Comment by deathbatnews

No one expects you to do that, don’t worry about it. You are doing a fucking great job.

Comment by MatthewO

RIP Ryan!

I watched a couple tribute videos yesterday, and, honestly, I couldn’t help but laugh and tear up simultaneously. One of those rare, mind-shattering emotion fusions.

Comment by Mike

Ryan Dunn was a crazy motherfucker like Jimmy, he deserves to have this song played for him.

To the person who said “why does it seem like everyone famous is dying?”, I thought about this and my take is that as we get older we have taken in so much information that we are familiar with countless celebrities (Especially these days with hundreds of channels on tv and the internet). That combined with the fact that famous people tend to live dangerous lives and take a lot of risks. Ryan was really funny and will be missed. Like the Rev I’m sure in his fraction of a lifetime he lived much more of a life than 99 percent of the population.

Comment by Henry

damn it first the rev now ryan two people i loved so much died R.I.P. RYAN & JIMMY!!! :(

Comment by melissa

I cried when I found out about Ryan monday morning. I had stopped crying. But then I heard this. I stared bawling. But eventually I stop crying. And then I play this clip… and it just triggers the tears.
RIP Ryan. he was a big part of my life, I grew up watching Jackass. <3

Comment by Veronica

As sad of news as this is, I can’t help but feel it could have been prevented. Why must people continue to drink and drive? It never ends well.

RIP Ryan Dunn.

Comment by zack

Could have also been prevented by not going 130mph down a dangerous stretch of highway. Sad to see a two lives taken so young, especially under preventable circumstances.

Comment by deathbatnews

It’s such a shame that a great man had to die so young. Why do you have to leave us?
May You rest in peace Ryan same with you Jimmy, I am happy that it made it to this site, And I feel so sorry for all his friends and family mainly for his girlfriend, May all of you find peace and happiness.
