Bob Coburn of Rockline Radio welcomed Johnny Christ and M Shadows into the studio towards the end of August and they spoke about playing the Hollywood Palladium for the first time, what album release week is like for Avenged Sevenfold, questions they wish they would be asked regarding “Hail To The King,” the new album being more blues-oriented, Mike Elizondo, “Coming Home” being UFO influenced, Synyster Gates and Zacky Vengeance, Rolling Stone’s “Hail To The King” review, the fans response (or lack-there-of) to “Doing Time,” being excited to play new songs live, Avenged Sevenfold’s writing process and more. I’ve compiled the interview segments so you can listen below. Please do not rip the audio and redistribute. Thank you.
