Avenged Sevenfold will embark on the Shepherd Of Fire Tour this Spring with HELLYEAH & Adrenaline Mob as their special guests. The full set of dates for this tour can be found below. Ticket information, including VIP packages, can be found here.

Chart-topping hard-rock act Avenged Sevenfold will hit the road in North America for the “Shepherd of Fire Tour,” based on the band’s single of the same name, which hit No. 1 on both the Mainstream Rock and Active Rock charts. “Shepherd of Fire,” from A7X’s current album Hail To The King, is the second single to reach No. 1, in addition to the title track.

The “Shepherd of Fire Tour,” which kicks off on April 12th in British Columbia, will hit arenas in the United States and Canada. The band will also headline the U.S.’s biggest rock festivals, Carolina Rebellion, Rise Above Fest, and Rock on The Range.

I might think about the Minneapolis date…that’d make for a LONG drive and a long day at school the next day, but I don’t mind.

Are these all of the dates, or are there more to be released still?

Dang haha. I went to the Hail to the King tour in Chicago, but it sounds like they are going to be playing more old songs on this tour, so I really wish they were coming to the Chicago area again. Oh well, I guess next time they come around lol.

My best friend and I have been saving for a year and a half to see A7X and the closest they’re going to where we live is either Montreal or Minneapolis. Do you think we should go to Minni or do you think they’ll be going to Toronto eventually (which is where we have family & are planning to go). If anyone can help me out that’d be really great!

Is it bad that the main reason I decided to go to the University of Minnesota was so I could see the guys on the off chance they would stop by some day during the school year? Looks like it paid off!

But really? Prince George, Moose jaw, and Dawson creek? Are these tour dates supposed to attract the entire lower mainland fan base, aka Vancouver, Victoria, and more major cities. Not to mention those dates are not ideal for accommodating many as theyre in the middle of the week and on a sunday. Metallica films a movie in Vancouver and A7x wont even come? Surely they must add a couple of dates, how can you justify axing Canadas third largest city

If I remember correctly M Shadows said a few months ago they would be playing a smaller market on their next (this) US tour. They hit larger ones with the HTTK tour so they’re bringing this one to places they didn’t play before (and were able to be booked).

Montreal here I come

We’re pretty sure that they’re using the Hail to the King tour setup, right? Because I really want to see that!

Comment by SynVanSambora

i would assume so.

I’m hoping they start on a major-cities tour this upcoming fall. It’s great for fans in smaller towns to see Avenged, and great to see the band still committing to their fans, no matter where they are, but I’m selfish!

Moose Jaw??? really? that’s just weird….oh well Road trip!!!!
