Avenged Sevenfold’s “Hail To The King” has gone Platinum in Canada. Warner Music Canada showed off the plaques glowing red eyes in this photo. The album was recently certified Gold in the US by the RIAA. Congrats are in order once again!

Avenged Sevenfold won the ‘Best International Band’ award at the 2014 Metal Hammer Golden Gods. They were up against Dream Theater, Within Temptation, Volbeat and Nine Inch Nails.
Alternative Press will host their first AP Music Awards and Avenged Sevenfold have been nominated in 4 categories which are: Artist Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Most Dedicated Fans and Best Guitarist (Synyster Gates). The event will be held at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and Museum on July 21st and air live on AXS TV. Voting is open NOW (you can only vote once) and ends on July 15th. Avenged Sevenfold (and members) were crowned the winners of three 2014 Revolver Golden Gods Awards. The categories won include the previously announced Most Dedicated Fans, Best Drummer to Arin Ilejay and Dimebag Darrell Best Guitarist(s) to Synyster Gates & Zacky Vengeance. Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan was also honored in the Fallen Heroes tribute.
